More… Pertaining to Council (CL) Policy 1007 - Civic Partnerships, completion of this form will alert Town of Hinton Administration of the applicable Society's desire for consideration of "Civic Agency" status. Upon submission, a member of Administration will reach out to the identified stakeholder to acquire further information. The first step in the process is to prepare an overview of project feasibility with members of Senior Leadership (the Director level) of the organization. Adoption of status as a Civic Agency is undertaken annually during budget deliberations with Council, at which instance existing Agencies provide financial reporting and other pertinent updates.
