What can I do if I disagree with the CAO’s decision?
If your concern is a policy or regulatory matter, and you are still not satisfied, you have the right to bring your concerns and disagreement forward to Council by appearing as a delegation at an upcoming council meeting. Contact the Executive Assistant at 780-865-6072 to discuss “appearing as a delegation” requirements and to arrange a date to appear. Council could at the meeting bring forward a resolution by way of motion or provide further direction to Administration as required.

If your concern is of an administrative nature, Town Council does not rule on these matters and the Town Manager has the final decision.
