Someone else was driving my vehicle at the time of a recorded offense. How come it came in my name?
You have not been charged as the driver of the vehicle – you have been charged as the Registered Owner. For this reason, demerit points are not attached to ATE tickets.

With no demerits attached, ATE tickets do not affect insurance or drivers record.
