Public Notice – Beaver Boardwalk Bridge

Please be advised that access has been blocked to the Beaver Boardwalk bridge (located south of Maxwell Lake apartments). The bridge is scheduled to be replaced, and has been closed due to unsafe conditions. Please plan an alternate route while enjoying the boardwalk.

The Beaver Boardwalk tower and the Maxwell Lake boardwalk platform (located on the south side of the lake) have been closed to foot traffic until further notice, due to unsafe conditions.

Maintenance Work Beginning Next Week

Ongoing maintenance work by the Town of Hinton on the boardwalk is expected to begin after the May long weekend, so while visiting the area you might encounter staff making repairs. Please be cautious and give them space to work.
