Jasper Transit Launches Regional Transit on July 14

The Town of Hinton is excited to share Jasper Transit's announcement of the launch of the Regional Transit service starting July 14! Jasper Transit will connect Hinton, Folding Mountain, Marmot Meadows and Jasper, 7 days a week.

Important information about this new service:

• Stop Highlights:
  • Parks West Mall – west Mall entrance, beside Safeway
  • Folding Mountain – Jasper East Cabins General Store
• Regional Transit and Regular (Local) Transit are separate services.
  • Regional Transit Passes are required for travel between Jasper and Hinton.
  • Jasper Transit passes are required for the Regular Transit loops and the Hub-Marmot Meadows leg of the Regional Loop.
  • Local and Regional passes are not interchangeable between the two services.
  • Jasper Corporate Bulk Purchase Program passholders may ride both the Regional and Regular Jasper Transit services by showing their Staff ID.
• Regional Fares:
  • One-way Single Use: $15
  • Buy 10 single-use tickets at a discounted rate, with an additional discount available for youth and seniors.
  • Monthly passes are available for adults, youth and seniors.
