Beaver Boardwalk Maintenance

Contractors began work on the staircase east of the Beaver Feeding Location at Maxwell Lake on Thursday, June 6th. The stair replacement work was expected to last five days, but due to good conditions and the contractor's quick work, it was completed in one day. 

Weather permitting, the Parks team will start work on Section K next week. The operational maintenance and repair phase will continue through the summer, and sections L and M will also be completed by our dedicated parks staff. As each repair section is undertaken, the public will receive additional updates. 

The Town kindly reminds residents and visitors to adhere to posted construction signage and ensure that staff and contractors have adequate space to carry out their work safely.
