Weekly Pool Boiler Update

In conjunction with the Community Services Department, the Town’s Development & Infrastructure Services Department is committed to keeping the community up to date on the progress of the Hot Tub and Play Pool boiler replacement work.

The project is well underway! Heat exchangers for the boiler are in place, and the Hot Tub and Play Pool are currently being filled in order to test the system.

Pool operators are standing by in preparation to chemically balance the pools in preparation for welcoming back the eager pool patrons.

Both basins are expected to reopen on schedule (July 31, 2021), pending the results of the system testing that is currently ongoing. Additional communications will be issued as soon as the pools are available for public use.
