Weekly Pool Boiler Update

In conjunction with the Community Services Department, the Town’s Development & Infrastructure Services Department is committed to keeping the community up to date on the progress of the Hot Tub and Play Pool boiler replacement work.

The boilers for this project have now arrived! 

To support the new boilers, the assessments for the reconfiguration of the Aquatic Centre's mechanical room have been completed, and final drawings incorporated into the Request For Proposal (RFP) document.

The RFP has gone out and bids have already been submitted to the Project Manager. 

At this time the project remains on schedule, and the Development and Infrastructure Services Department is hopeful that the July 31, 2021 completion date is achievable. 

While the pool facility is open, the Hot Tub and Play Pool remain closed. Further updates will be provided weekly.
