The Christmas tree is up,the carols are playing, and the recreation centre is getting ready for the holidays. Our fall schedule wraps up on December 18th, and the Holiday Guide starts.
We have great events happening at the recreation centre over the holidays. Sunday, December 20th is our Annual Customer Appreciation and Skate with Santa. Admission to the facility is free between the hours of 1-4pm. Join us for the Santa Skate, Elf Swim, and Run/Boulder with the Reindeers. There will be a craft and light refreshments in the foyer.
We are hosting an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest on Tuesday, December 22nd. Proudly wear your ugliest Christmas Sweater and receive free admission to the Ugly Christmas Sweater Public Skate, from 6-8pm. There are prizes for the Ugliest Sweater on the ice. Judging occurs in centre ice at 7pm sharp.

Mon, Dec. 21 - Wed, Dec. 23: 9am - 9pm
Christmas Eve: 6:30am - 12:00pm (Free facility admission)
Christmas Day & Boxing Day: Closed
Sun, Dec. 27 - Wed, Dec. 30: 9am - 9pm
New Year's Eve: 8:30am-4:00pm
New Year's Day: Closed
Sat, Jan. 2 - Sun. Jan. 3: 9am-9pm
We return to regular Winter hours on Monday, Jan. 4th. The Winter 2016 guide will be released, and lesson registration opens, on Monday, Dec 7th.
