The Town of Hinton is excited to announce that the basketball courts at Gerard Redmond will be undergoing resurfacing! The courts will be closed on Tuesday, August 6th, and Wednesday, August 7th, to allow for repaving. While the line painting will occur at a later date, it’s important that everyone stays off the courts during the repaving process, as they will be unusable for these days. This work is weather-dependent, and an update will be provided if these dates require rescheduling.
This resurfacing will ensure a smooth and even ground for all basketball players to enjoy and return to on Thursday, August 8th.
Please note that the pickleball and tennis courts remain accessible via the East entrance, located opposite the basketball court.
