*There will be updates and more details to follow however this is what our festival will look like in a nutshell:
 
 Historically this event was held in the Parks West Mall, we have to evolve into something different this year so here we go....
 
 TREES will be set up at "your" place (wherever that is). We will come and photograph to showcase online where the bidding will take place. If you do not have a place to display your tree let us know and we will partner you up with a venue host.
 
 GINGERBREAD - Arrangements to be made through HANDS to arrange a time to drop off at the Hinton Library to be set up and displayed in showcases. The setting up for the display will be the week leading up, so stay tuned.
 
 All trees must be "pre-lit" and decorations secured for eventual transport to the winning bidder. Use twist tie wires or hot glue for decorations to stay on the branches. If you need help finding a tree to decorate let us know as there are some available.
 
 We are seeking businesses with storefronts who may host a tree as a venue too, so please share the word as you go through your day.
 
 We would like to be up and live for the online event by November 21st. so as soon as you have your tree ready to be photographed let us know.
 
 Proceeds from the Foothills Festival of Trees will stay in Hinton and benefit Hinton residents living with disabilities.
