Join us for our 8th Annual Harvest Supper!
The Harvest Supper is a part of the Community Dinner Program. What is special about this dinner is we have a larger seated audience of 250 people. It is held at the Hinton Community Centre and we are excited to be able to welcome more people from our community to this festive Thanksgiving meal.
Free tickets are released 2 weeks prior to the dinner. Available at Family Community Support Services on Thursday September 25th.
The Hinton Community Dinner Program is run by volunteers and coordinated by a Town of Hinton, Family and Community Support Services staff member. Our budget is very limited and we rely solely on community donations to make this program a success. The monthly meal program serves meals to a wide range of people, with approximately 100 people at each meal. Our goal is to provide people in our community an opportunity to interact with other community members. We also hope that these events give businesses and organizations opportunities for positive face-to-face interactions with community members.
We work hard to provide this valuable service to the community and we believe that all members of our community can play an active role in enhancing the well-being of our community. We are proud of what we offer and of the community support we receive.
