Transit hours are as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Sunday and holidays: No service

Route changes will be identified from time to time as would be considered desirable from a safety and convenience point of view. Whenever changes are made, the decision makers will need to be mindful of the original philosophy that "all public and customers are given reasonable accessibility to a bus stop".

Bus stop #10 located at Switzer Drive and Robb Road provides access to government and health services, with Alberta Health services, the Forestry school and the Civic Center located in this area.
