Modernized Waste Management Program

In early March, the Town of Hinton began a Waste Management Services Pilot in the East Hardisty area, utilizing an improvised collection vehicle adapted to new modernized bins and evaluate opportunities for growing and evolving our waste management services.

Now, as we prepare to roll out changes across the community, we need your input to create a program catered to the you or your businesses unique needs.

The Infrastructure Services Division with the assistance of Strategic Services have developed a survey, duplicated and modified for the unique types of customers we encounter, that will be vital in the development of the larger program.

Please note: one digital form has been prepared for each type of customer, as linked to above. If you have multiple types of accounts, please submit one form for each account type and location. When selecting account types, the form will adapt to assist in ensuring that your unique needs are individually addressed.

Print copies of the survey are also available at all Town of Hinton Facilities. Print forms are built to allow all types of accounts in one form. 


Deadline

All forms must be received before October 16, 2020, to allow for administration to process all submissions before presenting to Council. Presentation of results and plans is anticipated to occur in late 2020 or 2021.
