After a review of parks and recreation operations, management and customer service, as well as other considerations including ongoing public feedback, changes have been made to improve the customer experience.
A redesign of staff roles and responsibilities has taken place to better address the needs of Hinton residents and visitors who recreate, participate in group activities or host events. Changes to our customer service model include streamlining staff functions to provide increased clarity for people looking for assistance and information.
Beginning today, Tuesday April 11, the redesign goes into effect and your key contacts are as follows:
