The Hinton Community Dinner Program is a program run by a committee of volunteers and chaired by a Town of Hinton, Family and Community Support Services, staff. Our budget is very limited and we rely solely on community donations to make this program a success. The dinners will be held monthly and will serve dinner to a wide range of people, with a current estimation of approximately 100 people at each dinner. Our goal is to provide people in our community with a free meal and an opportunity to interact with residents whom they may have not had the chance, as well as for businesses to have the opportunity for more positive face-to-face interactions with members of the community.
We work hard to provide a valuable and accountable service to the community, and believe that all members of our community can play an active role in enhancing the well-being of our community. We are proud of what we want to offer and the community support we receive.
